Employees are appreciated when significant milestones are achieved. Each year, during the Group’s Annual Dinner Dance, the Group HR department initiates a Service Recognition Programme, where longstanding employees of the Group are recognized and appreciated for their long standing contribution towards the development of the Company.
The Buddy Program is intended to be one component of the overall orientation program that a department offers new employees. So that employees feel that they are valued, and in positions where they can possibly do their jobs.
We often engage in social activities, especially CSR events in order to have a better relationship between the community and the Organization and these dealings and occasions directly perform as a morale booster for our staff members.
We strive to ensure that the well-being of the employees and their dependents is looked after by the Organization. Focusing on this Group HR initiated a Health Camp named as ‘Neerogha 2014’.
